- What do you mean by Exclusive Services?
Exclusive Services is HBC's way of offering FREE services to its customers. It's like bringing home your favorite Beauty Exclusive brands while at the same time getting an extra bonus through the several Exclusive Services that you may avail at no extra cost on your part.
- What are the Exclusive Services being offered in your stores?
HBC provides Exclusive Services such as facial, diamond peel, hair coloring, hair spa, foot spa and tools sharpening. Other FREE services may be available in the future.
- How do you avail of the free Exclusive Services?
A customer may avail of FREE Exclusive services through a minimum purchase requirement. Feel free to ask our Sales Team for the actual purchase required to qualify for a FREE Exclusive Service such as facials, diamond peel, hair spa and foot spa.
Aside from those mentioned above, HBC also offers FREE Skin Analysis in selected stores.

- Do you offer this regularly?
Our services vary monthly. Our Makeover Zone Specialists have a specific specialization that can be offered only for a certain period. The services also depend on the current promotional activity, thus the products needed for the purchase requirement also change.
- In which branches can I avail of the service?
A few branches do not have a Makeover Zone but can offer you Beauty Certificates that you can use in another branch. - What's the difference between your services and the ones offered by regular salons?
After the Beauty Exclusive products you bought are applied on you, you can also take any product leftovers of what you bought at home and this makes it more affordable than other services offered by regular salons. However, HBC has only 1 to 2 Makeover Zone Specialists who can attend to your needs unlike the salons which have a full service staff. HBC’s exclusive service is only an added value to buying Beauty Exclusive Products – the privilege to be able to try them immediately and be taught how to use them by beauty professionals.

- Do you also offer paid services?
The only paid service in HBC is tools sharpening. The rest of the Exclusive Services are offered absolutely free of charge, as this is HBC's way of realizing its vision of giving everyone the right to be beautiful. When we say everyone, it does not discriminate age, gender or social status. Each customer is treated to an exclusive experience, wherein they are pampered and given the highest standards of customer service.
